Studio Policies and Client Code of Conduct

Creating a peaceful, respectful, and welcoming space is our top priority. These studio policies help ensure that everyone feels supported and safe during their time with us.

Arrival & Check-In
  • Please pre-register for classes through our website or the PunchPass app. Space is limited—reserve your spot in advance.

  • If you're unable to attend, kindly cancel your reservation to allow another student to join.

  • Studio doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

  • Late arrivals more than 3 minutes after class starts will not be admitted.

  • Be sure to check in at the front desk or via the app before entering the studio.

 
Class Cancellations
  • Please provide at least 1 hour’s notice to cancel your class booking.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or the loss of a class credit.

 
Personal Belongings
  • Store shoes and bags in the designated areas.

  • No shoes are allowed in the yoga room.

  • Cell phones must be turned off or silenced and left outside the yoga room.

  • If you're a medical professional or have an urgent need to keep your phone nearby, please inform your instructor before class.

 
Studio Etiquette
  • Disruptive behavior—including loud talking, phone use, unauthorized photography, or eating during class—is not permitted.

  • Be welcoming: if someone new walks in, make space. Remember how it felt to be new?

  • Please avoid wearing strong scents, perfumes, or essential oils.

  • Clean your mat and props after use.

  • We encourage you to bring your own mat.

  • Props are available free of charge and should be returned neatly to the designated storage area after use.

  • Use respectful, inclusive language at all times.

 
Health & Safety
  • If you feel unwell, please stay home and rest.

  • Consult your physician before starting a yoga practice, especially if pregnant or managing any medical conditions.

  • Always listen to your body and stay within your limits.

  • Follow all posted health and cleanliness guidelines.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not treat staff, instructors, the space, or fellow students with kindness and respect.

 

Memberships & Purchases: Terms and Conditions

  • All purchases for classes, services, private lessons, workshops, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Monthly Unlimited Memberships begin on the date of sign-up. Fees are automatically drafted on that same date each month.

  • Monthly Unlimited Memberships are non-refundable, in whole or in part, once the auto-draft has been processed.

  • Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with our policy.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Class passes (e.g., 5-class pass, 10-class pass) must be used by their stated expiration date (within 6 months). Expired class credits are not transferable or refundable.

 

Monthly & Family Membership: Cancellation and Pause Policies

  • To cancel or make changes to a membership or payment method, members must provide notice at least 15 days prior to their next billing date.

  • Members may cancel their membership directly through their PunchPass account.

  • Membership pauses must be requested by contacting the studio directly. Pauses are not retroactive, and accounts must be in good standing.

  • If a payment fails, the member will be unable to attend classes until the payment is successfully processed.

Yoga From Our Heart to Yours reserves the right to modify studio policies, class schedules, pricing, and membership terms at any time. Notice will be provided when possible.
