Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Flow (mixed level)
In Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way." In this class, you will learn to link your movements with breath. You can expect to move your body while the instructor uses alignment based instruction to help you create a lifelong practice. Options will be provided for students who choose to modify and for those that choose a more advanced practice.

Basics (level 1)
Step onto your mat and discover the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment. This class is designed for those new to yoga or anyone seeking a slower-paced, alignment-focused practice. You’ll be guided through foundational postures, breathwork, and simple flows that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect clear instruction, plenty of options for all bodies, and space to ask questions as you learn.

Yin Yoga
Accessible to students of all levels, yin yoga offers a slower paced practice that can help you relax at the end of your busy day. In yin yoga, postures are held for 2-5 minutes and are generally floor postures.

Power Flow (level 2-3)
Power Flow is a vigorous, vinyasa-style class designed to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Expect an energizing sequence of poses linked by breath, with a strong focus on movement, alignment, and mindful intensity. This class moves at a faster pace, offering options to challenge your edge while staying grounded in your breath.

Gentle
This class offers a soothing, accessible approach to yoga that’s perfect for all levels, especially beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking stress relief. Through slow, mindful movements, breath awareness, and supported postures, gentle yoga helps release tension, increase flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.

Private Session
Experience the benefits of yoga in a one-on-one, or small group setting designed just for you and your friends. Whether you're new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, or want a specialized class for a private event, private sessions offer individualized attention to support your unique needs and goals. You'll receive customized guidance on postures, alignment, breathwork, and meditation in a comfortable, focused environment.
